Making homes shine

We started with a simple idea: that customers should know who will come into their home, when they will arrive and what they will pay, before the crew knocks on the door.

Our crews are each led by someone who knows their customers’ homes. We still work from the same written checklist for every room, and hand every home back with a walk-through with its owner before we leave.

How we work

• Steady crews: on weekly plans the same crew comes to you.
• Training before the first visit, and a review of every crew’s work after visits.
• Prices set out by the hour or by the visit, with no hidden fees.
• The right product for every surface, and an eco line at the same price.

Your first visit

We call you before the visit to learn the size of your home and what matters to you, and agree how the crew will get in. The crew starts with a short walk-through with you and finishes with the handover walk-through.
