An empty home cleaned inside and out, ready to hand back to the landlord or to move into.

We clean the flat once the furniture has gone: inside every cupboard and appliance, windows and frames, doors, handles and wipeable walls, bathrooms and kitchen to the last corner, then two passes on the floors. Two-bedroom flats start at OMR 750.
We can work on handover day itself, and send photos of the result if you have already left Oman.

Is this enough to get my deposit back?
We clean to the handover checklist most landlords in Oman use and send you photos of every room. The landlord decides under your tenancy contract and the condition of the home, and if they ask for anything we missed within 48 hours of handover, we come back free.
Do you clean if the flat is still furnished?
It works best empty. If large pieces stay, we clean around them, and we then recommend a deep clean instead.
Do you remove paint marks or renovation dust?
We remove light marks and maintenance dust. Paint and cement residue we price after a photo or a survey.
