This page explains what data the Nasma website collects and how we use and protect it.
Orders and pickup
When you order we keep your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your address, governorate and wilayat, the pieces and quantities, the pickup day and time, the payment method and any note you write. We use them only to confirm the order, collect your clothes and bring them back, and they are seen by the driver who comes to you. Nothing is paid on the website; you pay on delivery, in cash or by card.
WhatsApp and calls
When you message us on WhatsApp or we call you to arrange a time, we use your number for that purpose only, and the chat itself is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Accounts and the contact form
- Customer accounts (optional): name, email address, password (stored encrypted), addresses and order history.
- The contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, kept in the website’s dashboard.
Cookies and what your browser keeps
We use only the cookies we need: for signing in, for keeping your cart during your visit and for protecting forms from automated messages. We use no tracking or advertising tools, and you can clear all of this by deleting this site’s data in your browser.
Retention and your rights
Orders are kept for five years for accounting, and contact messages for twelve months. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or the deletion of your account at any time from the contact page, and we reply within thirty days.
