How it works
From choosing your pieces to having them back at your door: 24 hours, with pickups daily 08:00–22:00.
- 1 Choose your pieces Add your pieces from the menu, and choose the pickup day and time at checkout.
- 2 We collect from your home Our driver arrives at the time you chose, counts the pieces with you and gives you a receipt.
- 3 We wash and iron within 24 hours Each order is washed on its own, every piece ironed to suit its fabric and packed clean.
- 4 We bring them back home Your clothes come back ironed and neat within 24 hours of pickup, and you pay on delivery.
Before pickup
- Add your pieces from the menu; for a carpet, enter its length in metres.
- At checkout choose the governorate, write the wilayat, area and a nearby landmark, then pick the pickup day and one of the four time slots.
- Empty the pockets, put everything in one bag, and note tough stains or delicate pieces in the order note.
At pickup
Our driver calls before arriving, counts the pieces with you and hands you a receipt. If the count or a size differs from the order, we settle the amount with you before washing.
Washing and ironing
Every order is washed on its own, whites apart from colours, and each piece is ironed to suit its fabric. Shirts, dishdashas and abayas are hung, the rest folded, and the order is packed in a clean bag with your name on it.
Return and payment
Your clothes come back within 24 hours of pickup at a time that suits you, and you pay on delivery in cash or by card. Pickup and return are free on orders from OMR 5.000; otherwise they cost OMR 1.000 for the whole order.
