When do you collect?
We collect and deliver every day from 08:00–22:00. At checkout you choose the pickup day (today, tomorrow or the day after) and one of four slots, and we call before arriving.
How long does washing take?
Your clothes come back washed and ironed within 24 hours of pickup. Thick carpets can stay 48 hours to dry completely if you prefer.
How is a carpet priced?
Carpets are priced by length: 1.500 ر.ع. per metre for widths up to 2 m. Enter the length in metres as the quantity and the total shows at once. Wider or silk carpets are priced once we see them.
How do I pay?
You pay when we bring your clean clothes back, in cash or by card. Nothing is paid on the website. Pickup and return are free on orders from 5.000 ر.ع.; otherwise they cost 1.000 ر.ع. for the whole order.
Which areas do you serve?
All eleven governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. Choose your governorate at checkout and write the wilayat and area in the address.
What if my order is late?
If we are going to be later than 24 hours, we tell you before the time and waive the pickup and return fee. If a piece is damaged or lost, we compensate you as set out on the terms page.

Do you remove tough stains?
We treat most stains (coffee, tea, sweat, light oil) before washing — mention them in the order note. Some old stains or ink may not come out completely, and we tell you so on delivery.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can order with just your name, phone number and address; an account keeps your addresses and past orders if you want one.
Can I change the pickup time?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp or call at least an hour before the slot, with your order number.
Do clothes come back on hangers?
Shirts, dishdashas, abayas and full outfits come back on hangers in covers; trousers, bedding and small pieces are folded.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Pickup and return are free from OMR 5.000; otherwise they cost OMR 1.000 for the whole order.
